I met a guy lately and He sent me a pic of his lips like « oh I forgot to send you that » and honestly I didn’t feel anything except embarrassment… should I be excited to this? It didn’t make me feel anything.

Don't worry! It's totally normal since from my perspective you haven't have enough time to get to know each other and he's already acting that way. My advice is just to follow what you feel. If you feel like there's no chance and this guy is a red flag then you should stay away or you could do the opposite. It's all on you! :)
