On our first date, the guy I went on a date with suddenly brought forward the idea that he needs a one week break and that his friend has a cottage in a seaside town which is empty now. He mentioned it three times.

Once again, when we were chatting, he mentioned that he wants to go on a 2 week break , twice saying he wants to go on a 1 or 2 week break and when I asked where ygen he quickly changed it to visiting his best male friend in Poland. However, he did not go anywhere and was still here.

He goes on these weekend or 2-3 day trips with the other girls he hooks up with (I ve seen him meeting other girls at bars) but with me, he keeps saying 1 or 2 week breaks. What does he want from me and what will he do there for so many days with me when we aren't even dating exclusively nor have had sex?

Also if he doesn't go on his 2 week breaks, why does he keep me thinking he needs a break? We are university students

He seems to only want a sexual relationship, as if he was seriously interested in being with you he wouldn't still see or hook up with others. If I were you the next time he asks, I would say you're happy to go, but that you aren't comfortable with doing anything physical if that is what he is thinking. If he is just after sex he will not ask you again or will stop talking to you and then you will know.

We are not the same page, he has multiple girls he sleeps with and talks to and even though he's bitter and upset that he couldn't get sex from me, he won't delete me from his whatsapp contacts nor will he stop talking to me or staring at my face/legs/chest etc

What is his issue when he knows he doesn't want a relationship?

Some guys want what they can't have. He's interested because he wants to get you. I'd be clear to him to leave you alone and cut him off.
