Is this guy genuinely busy or uninterested?

Online dating- we were on fire for a couple days on the weekend joking back and forth quick replies.

He asked me to meet so we set up for Monday then the day before he said his car was in the shop. Asked me to reschedule.

Then it took us 4 days to reschedule because he started replying once every 24hrs or more hours still haven’t nailed it down but supposed to go out Saturday. He did say “sorry works been crazy”
I get that because I am in an executive operations role im always slammed. In my experience though men usually find a way no matter how busy if they are very interested. I was excited to meet this guy now Im not so sure.

opinions please should I write him off?

What you expect me to say? Date homeless person who got all time in world?
You say you get that it can busy but then you dont get it after all when u have questions and expectations that men have to be this way and find way.
Again type of guy you look for?
Ofc u have puppy dog guys who jump when u say, plenty of them and yet you dont want them. So when busy men comes along u expect him to jump like puppy dog? Come on.
Reject him walk away keep doing that again and again and you will ask where are real men?
Bad dating strategy, minimum u have to see them in person to make better judgment, increases chances to find better partner.
Give them 3 strikes, if cancels, reschedule again amd again then yes sure time to move on. Best of luck
