Guy friend wants me to go on a trip with him?

We have good banter and he used to say I'm his type of person. Now he's barely hinting he wants me to come on a trip he's taking to this coastal city. He hates it when I mention/send pics of my celebrity crush even though he listens to anything I say and texts me for hours.

How do I find out it's okay to go and that he doesn't have other intentions?

Second one for figuring out what his intentions are first. It’s probably safe to say he’s into you, but get details. Where are you going, who else is going, are you staying in a hotel, are you paying for separate rooms, etc. Also be sure to fill someone back home in on where you’re going and when.

Oh of course, he said he'd be going later this year so didn't really talk about the details. Just that we have a common interest to explore water sports. I will be asking him about ALL of the details and he does seem to be careful and respectful so hopefully we have a nice vacation.

Hmm yea I would definitely talk with him first and make sure you’re both on the same page. Just to be clear on the intentions of his invitation before you leave. Also a couple of details are needed as well like would it just be you two? Is this a group trip? How close are you two? Have you known him a long time? Do you completely trust him? Stuff like that. Have a conversation with him first
