its up to you. is he paying? do you want to score? is the trip to some place worth the exchange? do you care if he has feelings for you are not? (beyond friendship, long term i mean) if the car breaks down does he know what he's supposed to do? if you are in a dangerous situation is he going to protect you? would your father trust him to protect you? how many partners has he had? all important questions to help you decide :)
Why do guys always think it means he wants sex? It is possible that he just wants her company. It is possible to lay in bed cuddling and not get sexual.

I have many friends who I went on Vacation with but we weren't sexual together. We also cuddled because like who doesn't enjoy a good cuddle sesh? I would go if you know him well enough and you trust him.
He wants you to go with him have some fun and do you every night and when you return home you both go your separate ways... Sounds like a good time to me. ;)
