How do men feel about very quiet even selectively mute women?

I have selective mutism. I have it since a kid with my dad and i think i even have it sometimes with others as an adult even. And im always very quiet regardless. Selective mutism is where you actually can't speak around someone or to someone. Im guessing its from deep fear and you body responds this way.

Its not purposeful silence.

So yeah I don't know what guys would think. I've heard many negative comments about me being quiet all my life and made to feel like its a bad thing. I can't help it. Im quiet thats my personality. I can talk my head off if im very comfy i guess but I don't know if thats even what anyone wants to hear.

One of my closest friends is mute. She is absolutely adorable and complete like little sister to me XD. She completely is perfectly happy communicating by squeak if you take her notepad away. (I don't do that but some of my friends do it cause its the only thing she will resort to if she doesn't have it.) I usually take it back and hand it back to her. As I know her squeaking is her desperation sounds that most don't grasp. And cause I don't want to have to spend the next hour helping her dry off XD.

probably the best part of her days is when she goes around to me and the few others she actually likes and tries her hardest to try and explain what all the doodles she has mean. Cause the fastest way for her to grasp you is to draw or write it. I will admit in high school it was hillarious when a teacher said we could use our notes for the final exam. She brought like 5 notebooks worth of notes and details XD. I still remember the look on our teachers face XD.

It's a medical issue. It'd just be part of life. So not something worth potentially losing out on a wonderful woman.

I get like that around women who are 8.5's or better. I DO know what you mean.
