It's nothing unusual. I feel much the same. It may be worth getting some professional help or advice if you feel bad enough. Just keep in mind that, in all likelihood, it isn't true.

Otherwise, just make a basic commitment to self-improvement like you would in any other context.

If it's physical attractiveness you're referring to, then, of course, there is some luck involved based on your genetics. Again, though, just do the same thing. Bring out what you feel are your best features. You don't need to go over the top with any of these things. Attractiveness is really a matter of perspective, so it varies on a case by case basis. Hence you shouldn't take single remarks to seriously. If you recieve the same remarks repeatedly from many different people (and it isn't just some attempt at bullying or trolling) then, again, just make basic self-improvement, perhaps with some external help if you think you need it.

I think the most important thing is to remember that it's only a feeling. It's very easy to look at yourself and see nothing but flaws, but others are less likely to be bothered by your flaws than you are or may even like them.

Go to someone close and talk about it you'll definitely feel better... if not I suggest you should visit a psychiatrist... because these days we are so unsure about our selves...
It's all about what you think... if it's positive positive things will happen but if you think negative then you're dragging your self down

Confident is attractive. The easy way to make a girl feel better about herself is to have a super nice hair. It's like 90% of the work, and other girls will notice to. Many black girls are very pride in their hair.

Many girls don't wear makeup because it makes them pretty, but they feel pretty.

It's just a business that tries to capitalize on women insecurities.

Guys won't care about your looks if they want you, it's your personality that drives them away.

Dont go do hard on yourself but see if you are overweight, mostly thats the why. Otherwise just caring more about things like what you wear, your hairstyle and etc will make you more attractive. If not, you just have not found the right guy yet, we men all dont agree on what is considered 100% attractive as we all have our own taste in girls

Dress how you want too. Men like wide ranges of looks or clothes. If your goal is to catch someone's eye, wearing what you want will also keep you comfy while you're attempting to catch the eye.

How can you change? Just accept yourself that’s the most important thing. Laugh at people worse off than you I don’t know
