I told him that and he said it was a good exscuse, called me a slut and said good luck finding another 6’4” shredded hot guy like me and left. We were friends and the fact he talked like that to me really hurt. Did he not like me or was he just scared of rejection?

He used You, friends with benefits can be pretty toxic at times, it's one of the main reasons I don't wanna get myself into that type of friendship, I wouldn't be surprised if this toxic ass dude will try to ruin what you have with this other guy, so my best advice is block him and try to keep it as lowkey as possible just in case

I'm glad you were honest however, you indirectly told him that he is good enough for sex an nothing else regardless if that was your intention or not. Also agree with @themajesticking777 that friends with benefits relationships can get toxic for one or the other or even both. People tend to catch feelings and it doesn't end well. Happy you found someone you can vibe with though.
