I've been suffering from the pain for a few days now, but I can't seem to stop leaving it out of our conversations, even though I don want to. Ha.

I know I should probably be more open with the most important person in the world to me, but, I hate the idea of being an attention seeker, ya know?

What is the problem? We always talk about it. She is my friend, not even best friend, but still she is open about it. Which gives me the chance to show my understanding and considerate side for it.

It is natural, so don't be shy about it. Yes, I also know that girls do tend to seek attention, but not from this. Definitely not.

It's a part of your life, if you work with your guy he should be ok with it, it's not totally natural of guys in your age bracket or any age bracket being comfortable with gal issues, but work with him and you will be thankful you did and if things don't work out between you two whoever he ends up with will thank you for getting him used to it.

I mean considering it feels like your insides are being pulled out through your uterus I think it’s fair to share in a convo. Some things help like heat pads and stuff but also sometimes focusing on something different can help. So I say, share away be yourself. It’s not that unusual for a friend to mention it

I have lots of female friends and yes... for me there are no taboos in a friendship. If you wanne talk about your "female" issues... just speak about it and I will listen to you anytime. The only thing I can't do is helping you with good advise because I'm a guy and have no clue what you go through but I can listen anytime and I'm happy to do so of it helps you 😇
