So first time I see this guy outside work, he got to our little group catch up little early, I was talking to him for a bit I noticed he takes a deep breath then exhales like quiet noticeably. Does this mean anything? Is he bored/stressed?

Look everyone is different but when I do it it's because I've been smoking and my lungs and chest have a lot of pressure so I take a deep breath
