If a male friend does this things with a female friend is he into her? things like loads of eye contact, can be caught staring at times, playfully teases her, can sometimes hold her arm while talking to her, notices silly things , comments on her clothes how well she looks, saying goodbye he always hugs her and sometimes kisses her on the cheek and playfully told her he would marry her!!!
