How can I make it up to my boyfriend for being mean over text because of mood swings?

Basically, new official relationship with 25M (I’m 20F) and he didn’t remember when I came home from vacation but was posting party pictures that day. I got really upset and said he doesn’t care about me, (I get overly sensitive on my periods). How can I make it up to him for over reacting?

Get ice cream together

Just act like it never happened and get back to loving on him

Sit down and talk with him about why I reacted like I did and apologize
