What could be his issue with sex?

I've been dating this guy for a few months however I am not sure about this connection. He calls me babe and his queen. I've met his friends and family he calls me babe in front of them as well. If I call him by his name he won't answer me. But if I call him babe he will answer. We've been intimate in the past but I've noticed he never wants to have sex with me. He only wants oral. I've asked him about it and he never gives me a real answer all he says is He's too tired for sex. Or will try and change the subject, this is new to me because I've never had to beg for sex. I'm a little confused because he does refer to me as babe but never wants to be intimate. We do everything that couples do but SEX. What could be his issue with sex?
