Not at all. Femininity and masculinity are culturally constructed traits that only loosely correspond to biological differences between the sexes. I believe that having both feminine and masculine traits enables a person to be their best self. Compassion and gentleness are not mutually exclusive with strength and determination, or whatever other traits your society attributes to men and women.
