How to improve my self trust?

I'm an engineer But i do not trust any of my duties I calculate Then I think it sohuld be wrong... What to do?

Find a senior engineer as your mentor at work, or even in your professional association, and have them double check your work.

As an engineer, it's your responsibility to double check. Your calculations keep people safe.

So get them double checked if you're not confident.

Also, I found this helpful for myself as an employee in general: I keep a work journal and record praise and specific examples of tasks I did well or projects I succeeded in.

When I feel doubt, I review the feedback, review my progress, and recognize my brain is just being a dick to me.

But also: no one's perfectly confident at work. If they are, they're lying, or they're a shit worker. It's ok to have some doubt, but don't let that stop you from asking for help or double checking.

You could to some extra classes or just go over what you learnt about engineering so you are more confident when you claculate stuff, sorry I don't know a whole lot about engineering though
