Do men come of as sleazy or creepy if they're too nice though they are genuinely nice/kind?

Do you find genuinely "nice"/"kind" guys to be attractive and likable or straight up boring or weird. Compared to what you would find or like/dislike about a guy who comes of as arrogant or overly confidant.
