Where do I something wrong? I can't get girls in this heaven?

I work as a receptionist in this touristic hotel. 200 rooms, and 500 people. And i work for 65 days. But our animation team works for just 30 days, and they maybe hanged out with 20 girls so far and i got 0 girls in these 2 months.

by the way in my 30 years old life i never got a girlfriend. I want it soooo bad. But where do i something wrong, there is definitely something wrong with me. I look charismatic, but i must have some huge mistakes.
