Why does he say this stuff?

So I was talking to guy A (he previously hit on me and flirted with me) and I told him how guys B and C flirt with me sometimes. He responded with “it’s because they think you’re sexy”

What did he mean with that? How does he know how other guys view me? ( he doesn’t know them so they haven’t told him about me?)
