Why did he invite me to visit him after he moves back home?

Hello all! friends with benefits went from hot to cold real quick and I can’t get an answer out of him as to why.

We went from texting nearly everyday, him giving me back rubs, each of us buying the other food, him inviting me to visit him after he moves out of state.. no nothing.

Is this a typical case of lost interest or what? I asked him if we are done with our little arrangement but I haven’t gotten a response yet. Need some insight if possible please!
