well if you are like me and grew up going to a church that worshiped on Saturdays that didn't celebrate Christmas or Easter or valentines day and couldn't eat pepperoni or any other "unclean" meant and had to go to the library by yourself every time there was a Christmas event at school etc. i realize now that it has had a negative effect on me later on in life because i guess i have somewhat of a inferiority complex now because it made me feel like i wasn't good enough or that i didn't belong etc. im not playing the victim card by any means but ya now i know where i get my low but getting better everyday self esteem :-)

I used to lack self confidence because I felt insecure in how I looked and would say silly things that caused people to laugh
