I want some insight?

I recently got into a minor argument with a guy and it ended with him rejecting me even though I never expressed that I wanted a romantic relationship with him and told him upfront that I wasn't looking for a relationship. I proceeded to remove him from my followers and unfollowed him on Instagram and when he messaged me I only liked the message but never responded. He still views my stories that I post even though he is removed. The thing is he takes the same bus as me and last week he tried to sit next to me and I did not let him. A couple days later he messages me yeah even though there was nothing to respond to as I ended our previous conversation. Then today on the bus he was with his friend and they both looked at me. His friend stared me down and he kept making glances while he had his head down , eyes glued to his phone. What is going on?

I forgot to mention that one night I had my instgram notifications on in my computer and for 5-10 minutes I kept getting a notification saying this user deleted a sent message.

Sounds like this guy doesn’t know how to take rejection well at all. I would be careful. Keep yourself in high alert and maybe invest in some pepper spray or something
