Honestly there is no right answer or way of knowing what any random guy would be thinking in this situation.

If it was me, well I would not be brushing up against women at work on purpose. Even if I thought you gave me encouragement I would not brush up on you I would approach like a mature adult makr. So if he did do it on purpose then I would say he was looking for an reaction. And if you did give not give him one then it really depends.

For some guys no positive reaction might mean he's confused if he had any reason to believe you would of liked it. But not giving him a negative reaction might embolden him to try again.

Regardless, if you gave him zero encouragement then he a creep... its somewhat immature behaviir or highschoilish mentality. So he should grow up and at like a really man.

So honestly your the only person that really knows if you have given any indication or encouragement. Have you been flirty, smiling, giving him looks, maintaining eye contact with him or none of that? Is it welcomed by you or not?

If yoy liked it and on some level invited it then you should stop be playing hard to get. If it bothers you then you should reacted negativity. Unless you like messing with him then do exactly what you did.
