What does a man think if I started being playfully mad at him?

I really was mad cause I thought he should ask me out and was leading me on. But today I realized he does a lot of the things to me also to guys and girls at work so either He’s flirting with everyone male and female and he’s bisexual or he really is just overly friendly towards everyone or maybe I’m reading too into normal friendliness cause he’s my crush and because I’m an unsocialized asocial moronette with no friends.

So if you’re an unsocialized asocial moronette (whatever the heck that is) how are you able to interpret flirting and leading you on from just his regular personality? What I think is you gained a crush on him and now read too much into his actions. Like if you’re a woman who hasn’t received much male attention in life, then when you receive it, it’s easy to confuse with genuine romantic interest. Let’s feed into this a bit and assume maybe he does have feelings, what if he doesn’t want to act on them? You are his coworker, what if he doesn’t want interoffice romance? Better yet, why would it even be on him to make the first move, when you have the crush? Why does your interpretation of his feelings warrant you being childishly mad at him as if you’re 16 and not a grown woman in her 30s? If you can’t use your words and vocalize having feelings then that’s on you, don’t punish him for your inability to communicate.
