I guess it's to pass on their bloodline and family name. Some guys also love kids and the idea of being a father. I never wanted the responsibility of kids. I didn't want to dedicate the rest of my life to raising them. I did think about the idea of blood line and family name. After all, I'm the product of my ancestors from the dawn of time. Once I got married, my wife had two miscarriages. We were both in our early 40s and decided that we were totally okay with not having kids. We still look back with relief at not having any. It's all good.

As in impregnating a woman as opposed to some LBGTQ unnatural dream of men carrying babies? Some guys do, a friend told me he always wanted children. I never have, they are very expensive pets.

Usually men don't like the baby period, but when children get more grow up they fine. Having offspring is the main purpose of mortal life, so not having children is usually means a failure.

To start a family with the woman I love. To build a legacy and humans who I will raise to be better than I was. To have someone take care of me when I am old and decrepit.

Being a good father is one of the greatest heights that can be achieved by a man.

Nearly all humans like 99% on earth desire to have children. It's biologically programmed in us to reproduce our species or we will die out.

Because it feels good and passing on your genetic line is a desirable thing to do.

World is overpopulated. Stop reproducing like we have limitless resources
