Confused w my boyfriend. Help?

Me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship right now (LDR). He goes on and on about how much he misses me but barely gives me attention. After work he has the whole evening free, and when we call it either doesn't exceed 5 minutes or if it does, he's playing video games while I'm on call.
Before we were LDR, whenever he'd come over if we're not kissing or doing anything he's on his phone mindlessly scrolling, it makes me feel upset and used. Is this normal? Or is it an indication he's not interested in spending time with me?

It could be interpreted multiple ways. You need to talk to him about your concerns. Communication is especially crucial in an LDR when you don't know where you stand.
