What to do with my relationship?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 7 months now , I feel like our relationship is uphill sometimes and then downhill one of the reasons to it is because he shows lack of effort with conversation with me and has an excuse that he always on the phone with me and that he actually has nothing to say but I’ve noticed he communicates more with his mother. Same thing happens with a lot of things try to do something for him like facials he has excuses and he won’t allow me but his mother can. How can I go about this situation?

It's like he noticeably likes having conversations with other people more than you, and he's failing to even make you feel like you're even a priority. My opinion is you can't really change him. If that's the way he is then that's all there is to it. I'd have a talk with him about it and see what he says. After that it's all up to you

Omg yes I meant like spa facials lol 😂I said it because little things like that make him upset when I try to do it but it’s the opposite with his mother like he tries to please her every chance he gets.

Tbh, if a girl or guy is not comfortable bring something up to a partner, due to how they may react, then there is a huge problem. It can’t be resolved, unless both partners are down to fix the problem.
7 months is far in, but not too far in, so it is up to you what you want to do, before you feel like it is too late.
