What should I do about this relationship?

Essentially a girl and I were talking for 7 weeks or so, and we were taking it slow since we live 3 hours away from each other during the summer. So we only got to see each other here and there. Lets say things started to fall apart and the girl said she wasn't ready for a relationship when I asked where things were going. She brought up a few points why we weren't ready to be official yet and to be honest I agree with them and said that later. We did argue a little and she wanted space. I text her to apologize and she ghosted me for now a week and half. What is weird is she is viewing every single one of my insta stories and responding to polls about opinions on things I should do. She also liked my most recent post when she didn't like the post I posted a day after we stopped talking. The recent post was just a mirror pic from the gym I looked good in. Does this mean anything or am I looking too hard into? Could really use some help. Through our talking she still showed a lot of interest and made herself available even though she later claimed she lost most feelings after the 2nd date. She said I was a sweet and funny guy that would genuinely love her. :/
