Girls do you only stare at attractive guys or do you also stare at creepy ones?

So I'm not sure whether I'm attractive or creepy. whenever I'm in public places, in the gym, walking outside, work and so on, most people stare at me especially girls... I'd like to think it's the latter and I'm attractive but whenever I take a pic of myself I see a hideous monster?

They probably prefer to stare at the attractive guys, because they are turned off by the creepy ones and don't want to attract their notice by staring at them too long.
