A big part of being a good storyteller is providing your audience with the appropriate level of context and background insight into the situation to understand your intention behind telling the story. Your date probably had no clue why you were telling him that story.

That’s definitely not the case.. but he did look freaked out. Maybe he just wasn’t sure what to say or to laugh or not I don't know. Maybe he thinks I’m into incest cause I told him how people mistakE my cousin for my brother then told a funny story about my uncle’s drunken embarrassment. Lol shit.

Just as a rule, it's probably not good to talk about how hot any other guy is while you're on a date, even if it's your brother.
Just think of how you wouod feel if he was going on about how everyone thinks his super sexy Asian stepsister is his girlfriend because they're so close, and she's soooo hot.
