Hi, I started dating (nothing official but still exclusive) a guy and we were seeing each other for about 6 months. He is quite shy and he’s very awkward. He’s been in a proper relationship before but I don’t know much about it other than it ‘didn’t last long’.
Not once in the whole 6 months did he make any sort of move on me, he didn’t put his hand anywhere remotely risqué. We went to the cinema together loads in a place we’re they have sofas and we’d snuggle up so he had the opportunity. We’d make out but he never really touched me apart from an arm over the shoulder. At the very beginning we had big make out sessions and it was obvious he was ‘into it’ so I know he’s not secretly gay or asexual or anything. I’m quite shy myself but I did my best to let him know I was into him and I wouldn’t reject any advances.
He would kind of hug me awkwardly too, they were sort of side hugs. Anyone got any ideas why he never made a move on me? We ended things because I wanted to be in a relationship and he couldn’t because he said he was ‘weird’.
