Your opinion on this guys behavior?

So I met this guy a couple of months ago, we are hanging out almost every week. A few weeks ago we decided to try to be together. I have mixed feelings because he still rarely text me (like two times per week; he said he's not into texting) and for example when we see each other he never kisses me or says I missed you or something sweet, he's also not into cuddling or random kisses while watching a movie. He did want to sleep with me but I said I'm not ready. Actually I don't understand why he wanted to be with me because he's behaving like that to me (he is handsome and everything and could easily get someone else). Your thoughts on that?

I agree with the trans dude, he's playing you, minimal effort and just wants sex, once he gets it he's gonna bounce so please do not make the mistake of giving him sex thinking that'll keep him around, quite the opposite, so cut him off and leave with your head held high before you end up getting hurt
