There is a guy at work and I am very interested in him. He is always looking at me and will smile from time to time but never says anything. I always catch him glancing at me and he will look at me out of the corner of his eye and turn his head back to look at me if he is walking in front of me or next to me. It looks like he wants to say something but he never does.
In general he seems like a very friendly and outgoing guy. I don't have a real opportunity to try to talk to him because we don't work closely together and I am nervous to say anything. Today while he was leaving work I was filling my water bottle and he looked at me. I left behind him walking out of work. He told everyone goodnight and have a nice holiday on the way out but didn't say anything to me. He again was walking in front of me and glancing back at me.
Should I even try talking to him. How? Would it be awkward? I've been single for 5 years after escaping bad domestic violence so I am even more nervous. He is literally the first man to catch my eye since then. I completely wrote men off for a while.

What’s so special about this person
His smile is amazing and something about him just grabbed my attention. I csnt explain it. I haven't noticed guys or cared for years then seeing him sparked something in me again. I feel weird. It's like I'm a young girl again with a crush.
