With me it was due to years of abuse from my father and not so long ago my ex, I’ve been told so many times I’m worthless, stupid, useless, never wanted and no one loves me, I’ve just believed it as it’s been told to me so many times, and when someone says different I think they’re lying as I just can’t trust anyone.
