What did my boss think when he kept looking at my chest because my heart beat is visible?

I have a weird thing I've never seen anyone else irl have... My whole left boob very visibly moves and shakes my shirt. when my heart beats fast its very visible. My boss was sitting in front of me giving me a sermon i was really nervous or fight or flight lol. He kept looking down at my chest. I know he saw my shirt moving shaking Lol
