Boss keeps looking at my chest no matter what I wear?

It's very uncomfortable obviously. He will looking for a split second, but do it multiple times during conversation. Looking at my chest or my legs sometimes. I usually am covered up. Today was extremely warm and I was wearing a skirt which caused more looks. I'm just extremely uncomfortable about it.

My boss does the same thing, plus feeling me up at random times. You either put up with it, report him, or find another job. Men get away with murder in the workplace against women, and a woman doesn't have many options in these situations.

Oh I'm sorry to hear yeah it's very very uncomfortable. Plus my grandad was kind of a creep as well so it's more triggering in a sense.

The point is you feel uncomfortable already, then it's okay to report to HR. My boss is such a creep too. The first couple months I joined the company he sometimes gave creep look at me too, glancing my thighs, up and down my body. I chose to confront him in a kinda serious and joking way that I didn't mind he looked but that's it. Now it's been years and he's really respectful to all our girls in the office.
