Guys, Am I stupid for wanting to stay with him?

Together four years now and he Says he’s not ready for a girlfriend I right now so we took a break and I found out he got with someone else then she left him when she found out we never really broke up but I saw his text to her begging her to stay she left am I a sucker for not wanting to leave him because I already love him for this long?

@theonly140613 You are in harmony with him. You are addicted. That's why breakup hurts so much because you have to become unaddicted. When you are addicted to something it is apart of you... Literally. It's in the wiring of your brain.

Nothing is wrong with you. It's normal. But you have to intellectually understand that you have to leave this guy. Emotionally you aren't going to want that nor understand. The emotional mind (subconscious mind don't understand anything; it just accepts)
Consciously you have to understand that this relationship isn't going to work. He doesn't want you the same way you want him and so it will end. It can not last.

My advice: Apply the Law of Non-resistance
- Become busy with other things. Anything.
- Ask you friends and family for help.
- Stay busy
- Turn off your phone
