Should I stay with him?

So I've been with this guy for a week now. I barely even know him. I met him through Instagram and we talked a lot. Now we're in a relationship, although I don't really trust him but tbh he's attractive and all. He keeps saying he loves me and I'm so pretty and these things but he says them only when I say them first to him. I think he's playing me, I asked him but he denied it so I'm not sure yet. And knowing I know him recently, but I think I have some feelings for him. He even posts other girls chats on his story and keeps telling me that he blocked them. So what should I do in this situation bc Im sure we're gonna break up later or someday?
