How to tell a guy doesn’t like you through text?

When I text he text me back really fast but leaves me on delivered after 10pm and will leave me on delivered and don’t reach out unless I do first.

If he doesn't make an effort in the conversation via text. Like he barely asks you questions or thinks of new topics to talk about.

A quick test: let the conversation topic die out. If he reignites the conversation or switches topics then you know he really wants to be talking to you. If he lets it peter out, well then, he's probably not that interested.
