I'm not saying straight men don't care about their appearance. I'm saying that on average, gay men care more.

I don't care too much about appearance...

I don't really need that, I care about hygiene though... and health

when I take care of those two things because they DO matter more, then the rest takes care of itself, lol... no need for me to do any extras

I try to make sure my day to day routine is on point so I look my best.

From what I've seen, men care more about their health/fitness aspect of their appearance - exercising, eating right, getting buff - where women care more about dressing up nice, getting their nails, make up and hair done.
