Guy is always asking about my health?

i mentioned i was sick one time and then from then on he often ask if i'm ok. I said to him I was ok the next day and the next day he ask again if I was sick. Should i have asked him if he was sick as well?

probably just being a decent guy... men dont often tell each other theyre sick, so when someone does, they probably assume the person has something wrong, more than a sniffle at least.
