You don't deal with that, you fight it.

It is all in your hands not to be a pushover and to voice your own opinions. However, you will have to learn not to be liked and accepted but this is the price to pay to have your own mind and opinion.

You have to learn to say no and not to accept what others want. You have a brain and a mouth, therefore use them to your advantage.

In the beginning, you will feel bad about it but once you get the hang of it, you will get better at saying what you feel and people will start to respect you for doing it.
