Why my crush is crazy of girls and at the same time he acts he likes me? Is he really having a true feelings?

What does that mean that my crush is attracted to any girl he see, he looks at girls when I look at him he looks at me; I see him looking at me and staring to make me look at him but I ingored him, then I see him when some girls laugh he turns to look and laugh, and when I ingored him he looks at me sadly, he started to chase me and fliters with me in sexual way and with his friends. He says he doesn't like me then when I look at all boys and ingored him he tires to make me jealous and to look at him and then he puts his hand on his cheek... like he is being sad!!

We never talk... And he never try to talk with me and talk with girls but not me...
