Does this guy have a crush on me or is it deeper feelings?

I have noticed many things over time: he started out with blushing around me, staring at me from afar away but also up close, his eyes sometimes get a very tender, dreamy look when he's looking me in the eye. He's been trying to stand close to me and reach for something next to me and "accidentally" touch me. He's also probably emotionally invested because when I was in a troublesome situation, he seemed worried and anxious too, even though he couldn't help.
When I talk to a guy, or he suspects I might have something going on with someone, he gets either very pissy, dismissive or sad. I noticed he tried to get some alone time with me under some pretense.

When he's very nice to me and I'm simply normal, he seems to get pissed off afterwards and suddenly responds only in syllables. In general, when I'm not as responsive as he'd like, he gets pissy.
He tries to find out what my interests are and pretends as if they're the same as his.
Recently he also tripped while walking in front of me. I think he waited until I stood up in order to walk with me outside the room at the same time.

He seems hyped up when he sees me again after some time and his feelings are easily hurt whenever I say something he doesn't absolutely like. He also gets insecure when I talk about other guys.

Is this love?

It sounds like he's crushing on you.

it might be love, but it sounds like he's a touch insecure. It also sounds like he doesn't know what to express himself when you're around. Don't coddle him, if he acts like a jerk then just let him know it.

Accidents happen. I dont think he's pretending to be a klutz. It's kind of silly to be tripping over himself, or accidentally brushing up against you. Umm, how old is he? If he's 20 or younger, then he might just be awkward. Older, then I don't know... Maybe he's on recreational drugs?

That he's nice then get's pissed off when you "don't respond favorably" sounds like he's got some growing up to do...

It sounds like you like him, regardless, so maybe you need to spell it out for him that he needs to chill out a bit if he wants to get anywhere with you. Or if you like his awkward, silly behaviour, I don't know what to tell you... Maybe someone else has better advice for you here. *shrug* I don't know what to tell you. I never took his approach with a girl.

The jealousy around other guys, we've all been there to some degree, but that is HIS problem that he needs to grow up about.

Love is simply where you think of the other person more than yourself. Unfortunately only he can answer that question.

That is not love. That is a major red flag for a possessive or controlling person. He is more then likely narcissistic. I would be cautious around him and try not to be alone with him. You may even want to ask someone else to talk to him and get him to back off some or advise him to go seek some help before he dose something hell regret.

Rape or even just being to aggressive. I don't know enough about him or the situation but from the explanation it dose seem that he is already possessive over you and that is a bad sign. Early warning signs should never be ignored

So do you like him or not. I mean seems like he is into you. But it is still your decision. Which he will have to live with. Maybe he will feel you from distance. But will never have you.
