No. It could mean many things.

He just wanted sex.
He had an ex return and they have reconciled.
He has learned something about you that changed his feelings.
Maybe the sex was not that thrilling for him; he was looking for kinky and you were too vanilla.
He met somebody else since then who he thinks is a better prospect.

He's in sports and told me he couldnt have any distractions but his behavior was hot and cold. I think he doesn't know what he wants.

@addylynnnightingale he also mentioned how busy he'd be with school and practice , and work but if he can't make at least ONE day to see me then he's just an asshole and texting someone taking 2 minutes out of your day is nothing. Nobody is busy "24/7" which thats also what he said. Some guys just suck.
