Would a guy stop hanging out with male friends just because he had a secret fling with one of the girls in their friend circle (which he ended)?

Assuming that he hadn't been friends with those people for too long prior to having a fling with the girl, would the secret fling be enough for him to just cut ties with everyone associated with her (once he ended the fling), even though those people don't know that they are even associated with her (the guys used to meet up at their own private social activities)?

There has to be a rift between the guys for that to happen. If the girl was already dating one of the guys when the fling happened, then yes he’ll likely distance himself. Another scenario is: she hooks up with another guy in the circle and the first guy feels uncomfortable about it, then he’ll probably distance himself over it.

Possibly but you would need to know more circumstances. If there was something awkward in the ending of the fling he could easily think it will be awkward wrt the other people and I am not invested in them so bye bye.
