I need to understand what happened. Guys this is where you come in.
I started talking to a guy I knew in highschool. he was actually my first “boyfriend” in middle school. At first he was so responsive and we would text all night. We talked about all sorts of things like our mental illnesses, how much he liked me in middle school and highschool, my suicide attempt, and we even started sexting. I sent some naked photos and so did he. I asked him if he would still talk to me even if we didn’t have sex and he said yes he would and he didn’t mind that I had 3 children. He said he loves kids and are great with them. I texted him later and I was honest with him. I said I don’t mind that he lives in South Carolina (I live in Maryland) that I liked him and that I would not mind coming and seeing him ($99 flight and only one hour). He responded that he doesn’t know how realistic this is long term and how this would work because we live in two different states. That he wants someone that he can see all the time and date someone in person. He was just being real with me. At first I understood but then I got upset and I caused a little fight between us.
He stopped texting me for a little while and I texted him asking him how he is doing and why he wasn’t talking to me and he said that it is because his friends got shot in Charleston South Carolina. He continued to not be very responsive after that and I of course wanted to give him time. I texted him again and he told me that he was on a date which of course hurt. I continued to check in on him after that just to make sure he was okay. I wanted to be his friend. I kept asking how he was and if he wanted to talk and he would not respond so I eventually got fed up. I tried to FaceTime him as well and he would respond that he was on a date. Towards the end I want crazy and sent him more naked pictures and FaceTimed and texted him more which he never responded to.
My goal was to get him to block me.
