Boyfriend dumped me but keeps me on social media, why? I did nothing wrong in the relationship but got dumped anyways.

Did you ask him why? Did he tell you but you tuned it out at the time? Should you really care? If he cut you loose and still hasn't explained himself you can't take him back anyway. He's clearly shown you how little respect he has for you. Welcoming him back will spend the rest. Promise.
