What do you make of these texts from a guy friend (who I and others believe flirts with me)?

The text exchange was not flirting to me unless you really reach for who knows what.

I didn't really think the text was flirty, just the fact that he texted me was weird, it was a first cuz he's never really text me before.

But tn at the party just a few things happened that caught my eye. At one point I left with my friend to another room and he came in, my friend left and we were alone. When me and him were alone he just randomly mentions he has to adjust his balls (I don't know) then he says I adjust my boobs all the time. Also he's mentioned my boobs every time I've seen him. Another thing is I brought up a different guy that Im talking to,, and he just looks at his phone says "good luck with that" and changes the subject. He's usually REALLY talkative so that was weird, but I've never mentioned other guys to him before.
