Before I was ignoring him often and he was chatting with other girls, and then whenever I chat with any guy he was being totally jealous and got mad. Suddenly he said he is done and he blocked me from everywhere, I've still feel like he also likes me but he hates me at the same time. When he used to block me before he was the one who is returning back but he didn't come back this time. What should I do?

yes, whatever the reason, its toxic. your age says 18-24, you're about old enough to know thats not how to behave, if someone is doing something you dont like you have to speak to them and deal with it properly or look at yourself and ask if you're the one with the problem or if you need to walk away.

never in the history of relationships has two toxic actions created a good outcome. you were hoping he would beg for you to talk to him but the end result is you begging him to beg to talk to you.
