I was at college orientation and I saw this guy with an amazing outfit so I completed his out fit. Usually when he sees me he'll come up to me and high five me and be so sweet but he always says ill see you around I wanna be his friend but I want him to say so first I don't know how to approach him what if he was just being friendly help me wise people of thy interent
